Eighteen sites in the South Pacific (East Timor, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea).

Oceanic provides a 'pool of dedicated internet bandwidth' for all World Vision sites.  This allows email, web access and VoIP low cost voice calling for all 18 sites.

The service is C-band VSAT and ensures 99.97% internet availability even during heavy tropical rain.
